Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law).
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Project Cancellations: If you cancel a project after work has commenced, you remain liable for all fees and expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation.
Refund Policy: Any refunds will be at our sole discretion and only to the extent permitted under applicable law.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
No Warranty: The Website and all Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind.
